Full Mouth Rehabilitation: Kim
Description
This insurance executive came to us for a second opinion for full mouth reconstruction. She thought her general dentist was very good but lacked the experience to do complex dentistry. She had seen a sampling of Dr. Balloch's work on his website and wanted his opinion. Her teeth were ground flat and had become much shorter over the years and her loved ones had noticed that her face seemed to be sagging. Her teeth no longer showed when she spoke and barely showed when she smiled. She had significant TMJ surgery as a young adult and wanted to make sure that whoever restored her mouth would take care not to worsen her TMJ status. She had a busy executive workload with a frequent travel schedule that had to be accommodated. She wanted a whiter, natural looking smile with unworn looking teeth and no worsening of her TMJ condition, and she wanted to use sedation dentistry. Procedures:TMJ workup and cone beam x-ray analysis by our oral surgeon; smile design; sedation dentistry; bite opening; gum sculpting; build-ups and ceramic crowns on all teeth; and a night time bite guard. Testimonial: "Outstanding. Hard to describe how beautiful my teeth look. I was a complicated case, and Dr. Balloch and his entire team was completely focused on ensuring everything worked perfectly. I had many extra visits (due to my own issues) and I was always given priority and extra care. The temporaries were so beautiful it was hard to believe the permanents would be even better- but they are! All issues resolved and I couldn't be happier. Tremendous service by the entire staff and amazing outcome. Highly recommend".
